Get to know Alex & Mia

We’re Alex and Mia, and we run Cararush straight from the UK. Alex has an engineering background and is the operator in the business, managing the team & makes sure everything gets done. Mia is the creative strategist, she makes decisions to help guide the company in the future. She also is obsessed with product quality, and refuses to sell anything that isn't top quality.

What we do

All our products are stuff we would actually approve of ourselves. Before anything goes on our online shop, Mia checks the material obsessively and tests it properly  if needed. And if it doesn't meet our crazy high standards, it just doesn't get listed. It’s as simple as that.

We care a lot about having good variety and awesome quality. We try to stock stuff that's either really hard to find elsewhere or just much better made than the usual stuff you'll see in most online shops these days.

How we like to operate

You message us, we reply. It's usually Mia answering, and she just talks normally instead of using those generic template responses.

Shipping is free across the entire UK, returns are really straightforward. If you ever run into any issues we're here to help.

Alex handles all the background stuff such as shipments, stock levels and small supplier issues. Basically everything customers shouldn't have to worry about.

The real reason why we do this

We kept running into the same really annoying things when we were buying shit online. Things always looked amazing in the photos, but then when it actually turned up we were super disappointed. Deliveries usually took years with no to little communication. Very slow reply times were the norm. Customer service totally ignoring our mountain of emails. In the end we finally decided to take the matter into our own hands.

That's Cararush for you. We're still trying to grow rapidly, but that's the foundation of it all.
