How much does shipping cost?
Free, on every UK order — no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same business day; after that, the next business day. Processing takes 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after that. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not currently — we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking. Allow a day or two for it to first update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering at support@cararush.com — we can usually make changes before it ships, but once it's dispatched we can't intercept it.
Can I return an item?
Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return an item, as long as it's unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email support@cararush.com with your order number and what you'd like to return — we'll send instructions within 24 hours.
My item arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong — what now?
Contact us straight away with your order number and a photo if you can. We'll sort a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. If it's run past that, check your tracking email first, then contact our support team so we can look into it.
